Secretary of Energy Ernest MonizU.S. Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz on 2015 Global Policy Outlook Gold Angle
"In doing this quadrennial energy review, what has come into much sharper focus is the question of not just the energy infrastructure----the pipes and wires that move electricity or fuels--but also what we might term the shared infrastructure that moves many, many commodities including energy," said Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz.

Russian Energy Sector: Beyond Sanctions
By Natasha Udensiva, Marat Terterov, Ben McPherson, Ka-ho Yu
The report offers a look at the current state of the Russian energy sector and includes an overview of Russia's energy ambitions in Europe and Asia. The issue also contains a commentary from the Russian Ministry of Energy explaining the government’s position on the most pressing issues and sheds some light on what to expect in 2015.
The bite of sanctions, falling oil prices and Europe’s yearning for energy independence have forced Russia to look for new business models, new markets and new customers. The question is how Russia’s much-touted pivot to Asia will impact the prospects of Russia’s energy sector.
